MES3300-48 switches can be used as aggregation or transport switches in carrier networks and as Top-of-Rack switches for data centers. The devices’ ports support operation at rates of 1 Gbps and 10 Gbps that provides the ability of smooth transition to higher data rates.

MES switches’ feature set includes advanced L2 functions, static routing, dynamic routing, stacking of up to 8 devices, redundant and hot-swappable power supplies.

Support for Ethernet Ring Protection Switching (ERPS) ensures convergence time of less than 200 ms that provides uninterrupted services.
